Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call or message to verify your order details before it is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, as indicated on our store.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/Email to track your shipment status.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and Emirate are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order due to:

- Incorrect address
- Refusal to accept the order

Cash on Delivery (COD)
If Cash on Delivery is available at checkout, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
